TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE - DAIDAR • SOCCER

Welcome to DaiDaR • Soccer (hereinafter, "the Platform"), a digital marketplace operated exclusively by Total Shine Experts LLC, a company duly registered and incorporated under the laws of the State of Florida, United States. By accessing, registering, or using any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. NATURE OF THE SERVICE

DaiDaR • Soccer functions solely and exclusively as a digital peer-to-peer (P2P) marketplace platform that connects independent buyers and sellers of soccer apparel, equipment, and footwear. Total Shine Experts LLC does not own, sell, possess, store, or physically inspect any items listed by users within the catalog.

2. PLATFORM COMMISSIONS AND FEES

For every successful commercial transaction processed through the Platform, Total Shine Experts LLC will automatically retain a non-refundable ten percent (10%) commission fee based on the product's subtotal. Third-party payment processing fees (Stripe Connect) and shipping logistics costs (EasyPost/USPS) will be transparently itemized and calculated for the user prior to completing the checkout process.

Marketplace Fee ("Tasa de uso de la plataforma"). This is a separate, buyer-facing charge from the seller commission described above — it is paid by the buyer, not retained from the seller's proceeds. By placing an order on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that this service fee may be added to your transaction at checkout to help maintain a secure platform, cover administrative processing, and support third-party payment and operational infrastructure. The Marketplace Fee is calculated at the time of purchase as a variable service charge of up to four and a half percent (4.5%) of the item's listing price, plus a fixed processing fee of $0.75 USD per transaction. It is applied exclusively to the item's purchase price and is calculated prior to the addition of applicable state/federal taxes and shipping/logistics charges; its exact amount is displayed in your order summary on the checkout page before you authorize payment. If your order is canceled, or an approved return results in a full refund, the Marketplace Fee is refunded alongside the item price. In the event of a partial return, the Marketplace Fee is non-refundable.

3. SHIPPING POLICY AND AUTOMATED TRACKING

All domestic shipments are handled automatically through the United States Postal Service (USPS) via the Platform’s technical integration with the EasyPost API.

4. RETENTION OF FUNDS (HOLDING) AND DISBURSEMENT

To protect the financial security of our community, funds from each transaction will be securely held in escrow (under "holding" status) via the certified Stripe Connect gateway. The net funds due to the seller will be automatically released exactly seven (7) calendar days after the USPS tracking system electronically confirms the physical delivery of the package at the buyer's destination address. This retention period serves as a security guarantee for resolving potential disputes, returns, or buyer claims. Total Shine Experts LLC reserves the right to execute manual emergency disbursements in cases of legitimate disputes or carrier synchronization errors.

5. SALES TAX POLICY

In strict compliance with current tax regulations of the State of Florida, the Platform will automatically calculate and collect Sales Tax for all commercial transactions where the buyer's physical shipping address is located within the territory of the State of Florida. Buyers residing in other states of the United States assume absolute and sole responsibility for their own tax obligations and filings as mandated by their respective local jurisdictions.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND USER CONDUCT

The listing, promotion, or sale of counterfeit items, unauthorized replicas of registered brands, or illegal content is strictly prohibited. Total Shine Experts LLC reserves the irrefutable right to suspend, freeze, or permanently delete any user account or product listing that violates these safety guidelines without prior notice or liability.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and the federal regulations of the United States of America. Any controversy, dispute, or legal claim arising from the use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively before the competent courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
