2. PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF FINANCIAL DATA

Total Shine Experts LLC does not store, save, read, or directly process user credit card numbers, debit card numbers, or bank credentials on its local servers. All monetary operations and funds disbursement flows are executed in an encrypted and tokenized manner through the certified Stripe and Stripe Connect gateways, operating under the highest global banking security standards (PCI-DSS Level 1 Compliance).

3. PURPOSE OF DATA UTILIZATION

We use the collected personal information exclusively for the following purposes:

• To process your purchase and sale orders, and quote standard USPS shipping rates.
• To issue automated notifications, push alerts, and order status updates (In Process, Shipped, Delivered).
• To strictly comply with legal obligations regarding Sales Tax collection and reporting in the State of Florida.
• To provide efficient technical support and personalized customer service channels.

4. THIRD-PARTY DATA SHARING POLICY

Total Shine Experts LLC under no circumstances sells, rents, trades, or distributes your personal information to advertising agencies or unauthorized third parties. Personal data shared is strictly limited to infrastructure providers essential for business operations:

• Stripe Inc. (For secure funds management, escrow, and platform commission processing).
• EasyPost and the United States Postal Service - USPS (For physical shipping label generation and package tracking).
• Meta Platforms, Inc. (Only with your consent, to measure and improve our advertising through the Meta Pixel — see section 7).
• Google LLC (reCAPTCHA security on the registration and sign-in forms, and the AdSense advertising service — see sections 8 and 9).

5. YOUR RIGHTS OF ACCESS AND DELETION

You retain the unrestricted right to access, update, correct, or request the complete and permanent deletion of your personal data and account history at any time. To exercise this right, you may do so directly by entering the "My Profile" section within the Platform or by submitting a formal request to our corporate technical support team.

6. COOKIES

We use cookies to operate DaiDaR • Soccer and remember your choices: one cookie saves the language you select, and another records the choice you make in the cookie notice shown when you visit. The Meta (Facebook) advertising and measurement cookies described in section 7 are activated only if you accept that notice; if you decline it, the Meta Pixel never loads. The Google services described in sections 8 and 9 may also use cookies, as explained in Google's own policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, although some features of the Platform may not work properly.

7. META (FACEBOOK) PIXEL

With your consent, we use the Meta Pixel on every page of DaiDaR • Soccer to measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. The pixel does not load at all until you accept the cookie notice; if you decline it, no information is sent to Meta. When it is active, it records events such as page views, completed registrations, completed seller activations, and completed purchases. Meta Platforms, Inc. processes the information it receives under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to Meta or to any advertiser; the pixel serves only to measure and improve our own advertising.

8. GOOGLE RECAPTCHA

Our registration and sign-in forms are protected by reCAPTCHA, a Google security service that helps prevent automated abuse. This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Terms of Service apply to the data Google processes for this protection service.

9. GOOGLE ADSENSE AND ADVERTISING

We use Google AdSense, an advertising service provided by Google.
