At DaiDaR Soccer, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Because we operate as a specialized marketplace for exclusive pieces, vintage jerseys, and collectible footwear, the following commercial rules apply to all returns:

1. Return Window: You have up to 7 calendar days from the exact moment the USPS tracking system marks the package as "Delivered" to request a return.
2. Item Condition: Items must be returned in the exact same condition they were received: unwashed, unworn, with all original tags attached (if applicable), and in their original packaging.
3. Automated Process: To initiate a return, go to your Profile > My Orders and press the "Request Return" button. The system will automatically use our EasyPost API to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label for you to print and stick on your package.
4. Refunds: Once the seller verifies that the returned jersey or item is in perfect condition, Stripe will automatically process your full refund directly to your original credit or debit card within 3 to 5 business days.
